Preparing for Adulthood – Family Information Event aimed at young people in the City, Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe.
This event is for young people in Year 9 and above who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and their parents/carers. It offers the opportunity to meet Education, Health and Social Care services, and organisations who can support them as they plan for their future into adulthood. We will also be highlighting routes into employment, including Post-16 education pathways and Supported Internships.
